For working creatives

Turn your craft into another income stream.

A second income from the work you already know inside out. Set your own rates, set your own hours, and pass on what you've learned to the people behind you in the queue. No school, no curriculum, just real conversations on your terms.

How mentoring works

You're in control of how you mentor.

1

Set your rate

One-off sessions only — pick a 30 or 60-minute format and price it yourself. Mentees pay upfront. You're not committed to any ongoing relationship.

2

Set your hours

Sync your calendar and accept only the times that work for you. Take a week off any time. You're never on the hook for hours you didn't agree to.

3

Get paid

You set your rate. We add a small platform fee for the mentee to cover scheduling, payments, support and tax docs. Paid out weekly via Stripe.

What you offer

One conversation at a time.

Mentors offer single bookable sessions — no plans, no subscriptions, no monthly obligation. Each call is its own thing.

A mentee finds you, fills in a short intake form so you arrive prepared, pays for the session, picks a time on your Cal.com. You jump on a video call. Done. If they want to come back in two weeks, three weeks, a month, that's up to them. You're never committed to a recurring schedule.

It's the lightest possible commitment we could design for. Try it for a quarter and see how it fits around your real work.

Crafts we accept

If you work in any of these, we want to talk to you.

We're looking for working creatives with real industry credits across these disciplines. Don't see your exact thing? Apply anyway and tell us — we read everything.
